We are looking for a developer to join us in building innovative IT solutions and complex projects. You will work in a dynamic environment where expertise and proactivity are valued, with real room for personal and professional growth.

What you will do

  • Design, develop and maintain business software systems and applications
  • Write clean, maintainable and efficient code
  • Work closely with developers, business analysts and the rest of the team
  • Diagnose and fix software defects
  • Advise on software development best practices
  • Improve existing solutions, research new technologies and help decide what to adopt
  • Work in an agile environment following Scrum

What we expect

  • At least 3, ideally 5 years of experience building application solutions
  • Hands-on experience developing and maintaining features in Java applications
  • Solid understanding of OOP principles and design patterns (SOLID, GoF, MVVM)
  • Java, IntelliJ IDEA, Spring, Hibernate, Maven, Gradle, Swagger, Docker
  • HTTP, REST, JSON, TCP/IP and related standards
  • Relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle or IBM Db2
  • CI/CD tools and practices, Git, and a good grasp of the SDLC and agile methods

Nice to have

  • University degree in computer science or a technical field
  • Experience on large enterprise projects with Java and related technologies
  • Modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React)
  • Advanced use of AI tools and autonomous AI agents
